Marquette University Campus Ministry invites applications for the position of Assistant Director of Retreats and Communications. The successful candidate will be an inspired, creative ministry professional who desires to serve with young adults, develop vibrant faith leaders, and address pressing questions of human flourishing in the context of individual and community reflection.   The Assistant Director in Campus Ministry for Retreats and Communications will lead and support our Campus Ministry retreat and vocational discernment programs to enhance our student focused ministry. They will collaborate with Mission and Ministry division liaison in the office of University Relations to publicize campus ministry events, programs, and initiatives as well as offer in-place opportunities for spiritual and religious formation through social media. Rooted in Catholic tradition and inspired by the life and charism of St. Ignatius of Loyola, campus ministers and stakeholders work together to meet the diverse spiritual needs and interests of Marquette University's student community.  We aspire to be a means of encounter for students to know and be transformed by God's love, both individually and as part of a community.  Formed by Ignatian Spirituality and values, graduates will be prepared to offer themselves in service to God and the world, living a faith that does justice, as they contribute to the formation of more just and equitable societies.      The job description may be viewed on Marquette's employment page, here.  This is a twelve-month position, open immediately.  Position will be posted until filled.
